5 Simple school lunches

Hi Everyone! For “back to school”, I wanted to bring you 5 simple, healthy school lunches that are creatively fun! This is great because you can make these for school or work.

So let’s get started…

Chicken Pita Pockets:

Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat pita pockets
  • Chopped Chicken (from the package)
  • Roasted Red pepper humus
  • Cherry Tomatoes

Sides:

  • Celery with Organic Peanut butter
  • Raspberries
  • Sparkling water

Chicken Salad:

  • Rotisserie Chicken Salad
  • Mini pretzel crisps

 

Sides:

  • Bananas
  • Raspberries
  • Sparkling water

Southwestern Style Chicken Salad:

Ingredients:

  • I wanted to be more efficient so I simply purchased the salad kit from the grocery store. #Justbeinghonest

 

Sides:

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Olive Garden Italian dressing

Cheddar & Cherry Tomato Kabobs:

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • tooth pics (Please don’t eat the tooth pics)

Sides:

  • Celery
  • Roasted red pepper humus
  • Sparkling water

  • Julio’s tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped Southwestern chicken (from the package)

Sides:

  • Salsa
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Sparkling water
